Education Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University. Candidate must specifically indicate the percentage of marks obtained (calculated to the nearest two decimals) in the relevant column of the application form

·      Name (as recorded in Matriculation Certificate).

·      Father’s name (as recorded in Matriculation certificate).

·      His/Her Caste/Category certificate (for SC/ST/PwBD/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates)

·      PwBD Certificate(wherever applicable)

·      Complete Address for Correspondence.

·      Complete Permanent Address.

·      Scan of matriculation or equivalent Certificate, Graduation, Post-Graduation and other qualification details.

·      Cities preferred for the Examination (Please check the Examination cities given in Annexure-II of this notification.

·      Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI details for online payment of fee.

·      Valid and active e-mail id and mobile number.

·      Scan of Photograph & Signature according to the Para no. 13 of notification.
